For Women
You should make an appointment if any of the following conditions apply:
- Abnormal ovarian reserve test results, such as an elevated FSH level
- Blocked or damaged fallopian tubes
- Moderate or severe endometriosis (at any age)
- Ovulation problems, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
- Recurrent pregnancy losses
- Pending cancer treatment which may prompt the preservation of eggs, sperm, or embryos
- Family history of genetic disease or known carrier of a genetic mutation
We also help single women who want to freeze some of their eggs while they are still fertile.
For Men
You should make an appointment if any of the following conditions apply:
- Diagnosis of male factor infertility
- Family history of genetic disease or known carrier of a genetic mutation
