At Northeastern Ohio Fertility Center, we conduct a thorough review of your health insurance plan to determine if you have any coverage available for infertility procedures.
Some plans cover the diagnostic phase of infertility and some treatment services. Other plans cover no infertility services at all. We will work with any insurance carrier that may cover a portion of your services.
For self-pay patients, we require payment at the time service is rendered. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Discover and Visa. Appointment cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
